New management is really cleaning this place up! I love how close this apartment is to everything, I also feel very safe here. We have already decided to renew for another year.

I have been a resident for over seven years. I have met some of the new staff who have been very warm , welcoming and very professional. I admire and appreciate the expressed support offered as new relationships are built. New improvements are needed, and as l see them implemented l feel the security, and safety of residents are a priority.

Everything is really well kept up and the staff is friendly. I have not had a problem with noise and it is very safe. I really enjoy the access to the greenway.

I love it here because the management staff is always so friendly and outgoing to us, the tenants. I love the gym, I use it almost everyday.

Old management company dropped the ball but the new one picked up the pieces and has been exceptional. Great experience so far. Excited to see what else the new company adds

I love living here. It is such a great community in a great area with so much to do nearby. I also love how clean everything is like the pool, club room, etc. The only thing that could be better is the trash is always overflowing in the parking garage.
