Quiet community where everyone is nice. Amenities are clean and well kept. The leasing managers are always friendly. Parking is convenient as well.

I have been a resident for 9 years. The management team ate very professional and attentive to the needs of the resident's. All tickets for various unit issues have been addressed. l have no complaints.

It’s good and communication is good my only complaint is sometimes neighbors aren’t considerate of others and sometimes the valet trash service doesn’t pick up trash despite it being it out within the required timeframe

Love this neighborhood, been living here 4 years and I love every bit of it. The amenities are spectacular and the way the leasing office cares for their residents is amazing. Very much appreciated.

Current lease is proportionate to value of the complex, wish they had more than one elevator and my apartment seems to have small electricity issues (certain outlets don’t work and have tripped up requiring me to reset breaker often or put in maintenance requests). Walls are kind of thin but people who live here are very friendly and have cute dogs. Overall I really like living here so far for its value.

I love where I live the only thing I would really love is if we get our pool heated, pool is extremely cold and has been for 4 years now. Please heat our pool!

The community is beautiful, the employees are helpful and friendly. The process of applying and viewing the property is seamless. I have viewed several properties in Raleigh and this was the best considering the price.

About to be 1 month since living here and couldn't be happier with my choice! So amazing from the amenities to the office staff! My dog also appreciates the always filled treat jar in the lobby!

I chose to sign here because of the staff alone! All three community specialists ( Star, Tevon, and Jasmin) have been extremely hospitable and knowledgeable! The $$/sq ft is pretty comparable to other complexes in the area, but the amenities and convenience they offer definitely stand out!

I love my apartment, but the noise outside of the times specified per our lease is unbearable, and the weed smoking makes the property undesirable. My car was hit in the parking garage due to no cameras, no security. Smelly trash not being discarded properly is horrible. I have been here since 2022 and have yet to enjoy my apartment. I work from home and this community is not telework friendly.

Lived here for about a year. The community is great. Neighbors are super friendly, as is staff. Amenities are well kept and maintained with little to no disturbance for residents.
