Incredible place to live! Don’t want to move! Love the improvements to the property and am happy with all the managers. I particularly enjoy the pickleball courts.

Community is awesome! I like the area. Everything is here that you want and super close to downtown. The apartments are spacious and have nice layouts. The community is well kept. Our leasing agent, Star, has been super helpful.

My community experience has changed l am in apartment 411, the residents of apartment 414 never take their trash pail in and now they are putting garbage out on Friday evening and it stays there until Sunday. It appears that they pay no attention to management which is a problem

So nice and close to my work! I love the staff. Very kind, nice and professional!! If you want to get out of the apartment you can go to the office downstairs in the main area and work there. ✅

The tour was amazing with star and it felt like home right at that moment. The application process was so smooth and easy . I even got discounts and free credits towards my rent !

New management is really cleaning this place up! I love how close this apartment is to everything, I also feel very safe here. We have already decided to renew for another year.

I have been a resident for over seven years. I have met some of the new staff who have been very warm , welcoming and very professional. I admire and appreciate the expressed support offered as new relationships are built. New improvements are needed, and as l see them implemented l feel the security, and safety of residents are a priority.

Everything is really well kept up and the staff is friendly. I have not had a problem with noise and it is very safe. I really enjoy the access to the greenway.

I love it here because the management staff is always so friendly and outgoing to us, the tenants. I love the gym, I use it almost everyday.

I love living here. It is such a great community in a great area with so much to do nearby. I also love how clean everything is like the pool, club room, etc. The only thing that could be better is the trash is always overflowing in the parking garage.
