Rent is due on the 1st and considered late on the 6th of each month.
Yes, renters insurance is required. We have a policy offered for $15 a month. You may also bring your own policy as long as it meets rental requirements.
What's Included
No utilities are included in rent rates. Internet and electric will need to be set up in a residents name.
No, our units do not come furnished.
Our additional fees come out to $98.25 for trash, pest control, water admin fees, and internet. Parking is $10 per vehicle.
Leasing Process
Our application process is all online, you would just click 'Apply Now' on the Infinity Six Forks website and fill out the requested information. Once we have received your completed application and all fees have been paid your application will go through the background and credit screening process. The results of the screening process will determine approval and security deposit.
Yes, we charge $70 per applicant over the age of 18 and a one time $250 admin fee.
No, leases can be signed online through the resident portal!
Living at Infinity Six Forks
Rent can be paid on the online resident portal or by check to the leasing office.
Water will be billed upon usage through the resident portal and post with rent, electric will be charged through Duke and based upon usage.
At move in all residents receive a waste bin, trash is picked up Sunday - Thursday between 8pm - 10pm. All trash must be bagged, tied and placed in said bin outside of your door for pickup. All trash bins must be placed back into the home by 8am the next morning.
Maintenance request can be entered on your resident portal.
We offer after hours emergency maintenance that you can reach by calling the office after hours.
Amenities such as the fitness center, clubroom and rooftop lounge are open 24 hours. The pool has hours of 10am - 9pm.
Yes pets are allowed, we have a limit of two pets per home and must meet requirements set in lease.
Any behavior deemed detrimental to property or other residents is prohibited.
Yes, once you have lived on site for at lease 6 months you are eligible to transfer units.
Key fobs must be used at all entrances to the building and garage.
All USPS mail can be found in your numbered mailbox, packages are placed in our package room with an unique code sent at delivery.

Security deposits can range from $500 to a full month of rent depending on results of background, credit and income check.
Move in fees will consist of your prorated first month of rent and community utilities along with your approved security deposit.
Late fees are posted to accounts on the 6th of each month. The fee amount is 5% of the rental amount stated in the lease document.
Yes, early lease terminations are allowed by following the lease buyout process stated in the lease.
Yes, we offer both open lot and garage parking on site.
Yes, we have guest parking located in multiple areas of the community including lot parking and a section of the parking garage. Guest must pay for daily parking pass when parking on property.
Guest must be with a resident when going through common areas or using amenities. Guest are expected to behave and treat the property with the same respect we expect from residents.
We offer lease terms from 7 months to 15 months.
We require 60 day notice before moving out.
